11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may initiate mediation proceedings. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with Croatian law, and the language of mediation shall be English or Croatian.

13.3 Time Limitation

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
